Refund policy

In order for us to approve your return, it must meet the following conditions:

• Item(s) must be returned within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
• Item(s) must be unworn and undamaged. Washing or altering the item(s) in any way is considered damaging it. When fitting your suit, we'd suggest wearing it over other pieces of clothing to avoid stains and damages.
• Item(s) must be returned in original condition, complete with its hang tag, bag and scrunchies.

NOTE: Final Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

DO I NEED TO RETURN THE WHOLE SET?

 YES. Applies for bikini sets only

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR THERE IS A FAULT? 

Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged goods, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at towers-@hotmail.com so we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY EXCHANGE / REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?

We try and process returns as quickly as possible. If you are refunding, we will refund you through the same method you used to pay (PayPal or credit card) and will be reflected in your account in 5-10 days.

 HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND? You can expect to get a full refund to your original form of payment within 5-10 days of delivery. Once you receive your refund notification, please allow an additional 5-10 days for your bank provider to post the amount to your account.
